Try to find on nexus by searching for slavery... I guess there you´ll find some..... or maybey you can get some mods here

Slavery Simple/Slavery Expanded do that (look on Nexus). There are a couple of other slavery mods on Nexus, but I do not believe they have the "sell" component for slavery.

You can sell them to the Legion for a few hundred caps each, actually, but that's a pretty fast way of ending up with an empty wasteland.

 

You can also try the Cortex Scrambler (Not as good as Slavery Simple) or Project Ultimatum, which adds quite a few new features including forcing opponents to yeild (You can then enslave them)
