Animations don't start.

Sorry if this has been asked already but I have dialog for all the mods but animations don't start at all. an NPC comes up to my character and says whatever then they back off and do whatever they were doing before, am I missing something or is my load order wrong? Also for lovers creatures a box pops up that says loverscreatures is broken so how do I fix that?

You should go over the OPs again and follow the instructions contained within, as it's very clear you didn't read them properly. For example, here are some things you'd know if you read them. The fact that you are trying to load Sexout plugins before Sexout itself is the most glaring indicator. Also, we need your entire load order, not an excerpt.

 

As for SexoutCreatureLove, it is indeed broken. To fix this issue, simply remove SexoutCreatureLove.
