Deadly Mutilation and Schlongs of Skyrim Help?

Whenever I use deadly mutilation and SOS together, things get glitchy. Like, females no longer having an SOS compatible skeleton and schlongs hyper extending into the next plane of Oblivion kind of glitchy. Could use some help if anyone can provide it. Thanks.

Deadly mutilation has a reputation for being very bug ridden, t has not been updated since like 2013 or something.

 

It uses a custom skeleton as part of its performance and that is in direct conflict with most LL / SL type mods.

 

Would be nice if it worked, but I think the author is long gone and no other creators are interested in making a similar mod.

DM, like SoS was integrated in the very first XPMS skeleton and has no issues actually with vanilla armors, SoS on the other hand is very buggy and like to conflict a lot with RM and other modifications.
