Pretty Stable build, but weird issue, any advice?

I have included my mod list and load order taken from MO2,   I have sorted with loot, and its pretty stable, the biggest problem is, 

as soon as I start to complete any of the main quests, Minute Men, or Bos, or Institute,  as those are only the 1's i can start early, I start to get random freezes, 

If I just randomly play and explore, not completeing quests game runs ok, but as soon as I start to Assist the BoS at the police station, or look for Nick, or help in concord, the random freezes start, and the further I get through the worse they get.

Any Advice would be helpful.

Looking at that list , a fair few of your mods are script based so it could be that . I'm pretty sure that on the official downloads from Bethesda in the game there's a mod that's a script lag detector . Try that and see what it comes up with .

I told him what mods to disable, but someone deleted my post.

I found the lost post and tried removing those 2 mods you suggested, and sadly made no difference, but I have more information that might help

Game gets huge lag spikes and according to Task manager its not responding for 20 - 30 seconds does go back to working and the lag spikes seem to get longer over time

Any quest causes the issue, 

Also increases save files over time, 1 was over 200mb when I deleted it

I do clear out old saves from my folder.

Hi all, Still having this issue, 

Any quest seems to cause this terrible lag issue, and severely bloats my save games from 24,000kb 6 hours in, just running round the commonwealth finding locations and upgrading, but as soon as I start any quest they explode up to over 100,000kb and the game becomes un playable.

I have tried taking out certain mods but still same issue, tried taking out mods and restarting the game, same issue completely.

Any help would be appreciated, as this is a very stable build and works really well apart from this.
