There is a mod - NiOverride Pose Adjustments

It allows you to customize existing poses directly from the game (using the NiO functions to control the bones of the character's skeleton).

But it only works for the player.

Does anyone know a mod like this, but to work with the NPC too?

 

I tried to modify the source code of this mod to work with the NPC (because it seems that the author no longer develops this mod), but my scripting skill is not enough for this.
