[REQUEST/SEARCH] Improve Whipping (by modifying AI targeting)

Problem:

 

NPC use their combat attacks when whipping. This makes them miss quite often. Also, they use power attacks very often, which causes them to miss even more and also move weird around the player.

 

How I think this could be solved:

 

Autoaim for NPC? In a way that I can set their hit change to 100% when in range? Is there a mod for that or a console command?

Same for power attacks. Is there a way to disable that for NPC?

Or is there a mod that handels that special whipping problem?

 

Yes, I dont care for normal AI combat behaviour. I just want to improve kinky skyrim
