why my sword become short when i am use it

It's just the way it was created. The author made it look big on the back but small when it was used.

I think its because of performance anxiety... We've all been there man. Happens usually the first couple times, but once you get comfortable with these new situations, the sword will stay long when you use it on something that isn't a picture or video! Being very drunk has the same effect too, so be careful not to get plastered beforehand.

LOL, I guess the sword has problems penetrating its enemies being THAT short (FFS I cant stop, I better GTFO LOL).

The only cure: Go to Nifskope and open the weapon mesh (equipped, ground is optional) and stretch the mesh.
