Original color SOBORO images for compendium. (@kerb patch) 1.0.1

Small patch to add the original color and higher resolution SOBORO images for the compendium scenes that have them. The higher resolution makes a very small difference in game, but I think it is worth the extra file size to witness SOBORO's beautiful work in full color and as clearly as possible. 

Also adds my Ensign Loi voice fix, which gives Ensign Loi a voice in battle, where previously she is only voiced on the campaign map. 

Also turns off the 9 default Cathay generic dilemmas that can generate on turn start. This helps reduce spam and the likelihood that too many dilemmas happen in one turn. If using Compendium with SEU's Miao added content, then leaving these disabled is highly recommended. IF you don't want them disabled, then download the previous version 1.0 by clicking "see changelog" or delete the table indicated in the picture.

This requires Passing's corrupted Compendium.

Must be above the compendium in the load order, the mod is named so that this should happen by default.
