A campaign balance of the game's "potential" system to strengthen all Slaanesh aligned factions if you are playing as Maio Ying, and Strengthen Maio Ying if you are playing as N'Kari/Azazel/Sigvald.

What "potential" is
To understand what the mod does you need to understand the "potential" system and how the base game buffs certain factions. A faction's "potential" equates to the strength of its economy cheats. In the base Realms of Chaos campaign:
- All WH3 races get buffs
- All playable WH3 races get a 2nd buff
- Certain playable WH3 races get a 3rd "hostility" buff depending on the human player faction. If you play Cathay/Kislev, all Ogres and Demons get a buff. If you play Demons, Cathay/Kislev get a buff, along with sometimes Ogres and whatever Demon faction is ideologically opposed to yours.
This mod only messes with the 3rd round of "hostility" buffs, and is compatible with anything that doesn't change the values shown in the "faction_potential_difficulty_overrides_tables". SFO now modifies the same table, so If you want to make sure this mod works, load it after SFO or any other overhaul mods. The diplomacy, starting treasury, and extra territory buffs are scripts that will be compatible with any mod.
What this mod does exactly
If the player is N'Kari/Azazel/Sigvald
- (RoC only) Start with diplomatic contact (war) with Northern Provinces.
- (RoC only) The Northern Provinces start with complete control of two provinces within Cathay, as well as parts of the Chaos Wastes.
- (IE & RoC) The Northern Provinces get "potential" bonuses equal to two difficulty levels higher than normal.
- (IE & RoC) Northern Provinces bonus starting treasury
- (IE only) Maio Ying starts with her entire home province
- (IE only) Maio Ying starts with extra units in her starting army and units promoted to rank 9
If the player is Maio Ying
- (RoC only) Start with diplomatic contact (war) with Seducers of Slaanesh.
- (RoC only) Seducers of Slaanesh start with control of a large swath of the Chaos Wastes right up to Kairos's former territories outside the bastion.
- (IE & RoC) Sigvald/Azazel/N'Kari get "potential" bonuses equal to two difficulty levels higher than normal
- (IE & RoC) Sigvald/Azazel/N'Kari bonus starting treasury
- (IE & RoC) Subtle Torture and Exquisite Pain get "potential" bonuses equal to those of Seducers of Slaanesh
- (IE only & with my startpos swap mod) Sigvald/Azazel/N'Kari start with extra units in their starting army and units promoted to rank 9
- (RoC only) Western Provinces get a "potential" buff equal to half of the base game buff given to Demons/Ogres. This is out of the theme of the Mod, but when playing as Maio Ying, I hate how utterly useless Zhao Ming becomes as an ally. With half of the "hostility" buff he can at least hold his own, allowing you to rely on him to secure your southern flank while you focus on the chaos wastes and the fight with the strengthened Slaanesh.
If the player is Any Faction
