The Starbound Animation Framework .sequence files

This entry will be expanded upon as the Starbound Animation Framework (SAF) is further worked upon.   The SAF posts are primarily directed at modders who intend to use the Starbound Animation Framework or create their own animations for it. Hopefully this post becomes a sort of tutorial in creating animations for Starbound using this system.
