Hotfixes for Mods

Sorry to bother, but i appear to have a dillema.

 

As of recently, i have not been able to run any SexOut mods on my New vegas games. Whenever i attempt to run the game i am met with this msg

I have already re-installed the mod, but the same error. I have completely uninstalled the mod (removed from hard-drive) and then my screen goes completely black and frozen with the notification for the overlay to come up.

If anyone has come across this sort of bug and possibly and way to fix, i would love to know.
