Unable to reset password

Hi there,

 

I have been trying to reset my password, for a long time now. However I have apparently forgot it, and whenever I try resetting it the new temp password sent to me, also doesn't work. I would like to reset my password, however at this stage don't know my current one. Right now I am logged in via twitter as it was the only way I could actually do anything to get help. 

 

A way to contact admin without logging in would be great for issues like this.
