does anyone know of a mod that adds collisions or whatever to the tails? My Kahjiit, while having sex, thrusts his tail like a spear through the chest of my partner....lol

PE tails are on the nexus, SMP tails you will have to write a mesh file and controller file yourself, as no one who makes sex mods has ever heard of the words khajiit or argonian except boo and bad dog.

next point on my all in one smp installer are beastrace tails, just give it a few more days and you will have what you search for..
