How do you install Sexout mods + spunk with MO?

I have Mod organizer installed in my Fallout 3 and new vegas directory (both different names of course) and wondering if there is any way to install these sexually arousing mods on Mod organizer...If there isn't any way, then I will be on my way...If there is then please go step by step and expect me to ask some questions as I might get confused on these steps

There's no special way of doing it for sexout mods, you install them like any other in MO.

Just go install it manually with MO like any other mod and make sure the game directory is ok or something?
