VM freezing help request

my game keeps crashing as I approach morthal. in the papyrus log at the end are the messages 'VM is freezing' followed by 'VM froze'. I was wondering if someone could tell me whether it is a mod or if my enboost settings are wrong. I don't think it is a mod because I only have 1 that changes morthal and it also changes other cities I have no problem with.

Those are also normal messages, they indicate that the Papyrus VM's state is being saved and shut down. Those messages will always be at the end of your logs.

I had the same issue before. I got it to work by COCing into the jarl's building and exiting out into Morthal.
