HDT down?

I`m doing a reinstall of all mine addons and HDT files and when i was going to start with to download the HDT files by doing the step by step post here on the forum i noticed the HDT homepage is down, How should i be abel to get the files i need for HDT? Or will the homepage open agein? I`m abit conzued you can see.

It`s been a while now but i should just download both files from the two links you just gave me now but wher in the skyrim folder was i suppost to place this files?
