Amorous Followers Won't Follow

So, playing through some AA quests, and I've noticed a couple if the followers won't follow. I say Follow Me, they silently say "Lead the way" and then... don't. The dialogue options don't change either. I talk to them again and the Follow Me option is still there.

 

This first happened with Anneke. Figured no big deal, that's minor. But then I noticed it happened with both Jordia and Lydia. That said, every custom follower I have installed works fine. It's only affecting vanilla characters.

 

I had been using Followers Can Relax. Thought that might be conflicting, so I stopped using that and switched to AFT. The only other mod I have that changes follower behavior is My Home is Your Home. Using the Flower Girls version of Amorous Adventures.
