sims no longer naked & missng meshes?

My sims are no longer naked (wearing blue underwear) now and it appears to be missing meshes on faces/hair/clothes even though they worked the last time I played.

 

When you see the attached pictures,

 

Ex1. If you see her hair, you can see pink streaks;it's not highlight on her hair. 3D eyelashes are pink as if they are missing meshes.

 

Ex2. You can also see her blue bra where it wasn't there before. Her gown should be showing her legs and shoes. Now you can't.

 

This is what changed from the last time I played.

 

1. MS network frame v4.5.2 installed to use sim4 tray importer

2. Messed around with blender for a hot sec before closing it without saving it.

 

I've tried different saves and they all looked the same. What could cause this change when I didn't add/remove any mod files?
