Game crash when leaving vault

Few days ago I again installed Fallout 4 but whenever I leave the vault via elevator the game crashes, I used mod Start Me Up to spawn outside but it also crashes while loading. 

 

I have the latest drivers, and Loot shows no conflicts.

I made a new install with less mods, everything worked fine and I saved game in Sanctuary Hills.

 

Activated Loverslab mods and loaded the save but it crashed while loading.

 

I disabled Loverslab mods and loaded the save but now it isnt working anymore.
