Buy npc mod?

So I was thinking of Paradise Halls and how you can sell npcs to the slavers etc, is there a mod where you can buy npcs?

The idea I had was, what if you could hire a guy to kidnap a specific npc for you and deliver them to you (a vanilla house or set a specific location)? So youd target an npc (to register them), hire the guy, and when the npc is delivered to your specified location, you pay the kidnapper. So I could tell him I had my eye on Camilla etc, and he brings her to me.

Maybe you could have a setting where like PH you have to force them into submission, or choose an option where they are instantly submissive.

 

Any mods like that?
