[sEARCH]/[REQUEST] I need to be able to hover.

I've created a small fairy character that is 0.3x the normal player height and used Enhanced 3rd Person Camera to adjust the camera to the correct height, however now the camera is often too low to interact with stuff like doors or NPCs. I have tried looking for a mod that will allow me to be able to fly freely or at least hover a meter off of the ground but am having trouble, the best I have found is "Levitate Toggle-able Spell - Flying with collision and free actions" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/88796 however this works by creating invisible floors beneath you which also affects anyone you are near, meaning if I'm next to them levitating it is no different to me standing normally next to them on the floor. Does anyone know of any mod (or would be willing to create one) that would allow me to fly around freely or hover at a specific height that doesn't also affect everything around you, preferably one that is toggle-able?
