DSR and NPC's

Dsr stopped working on npc's. Installed Ladyhorus Tera armors and TW3 weaps with DSR patch, ran the patcher, on existing save. Npc weaps went back to vanilla position. Thought I screwed the save, so i scrapped it. New game, same result. Re-installed Race menu(NI overide), DSR, DSR patches, XPMSE, then Bzaingas Natural HDT (tweaked skeleton), in that order. Dsr worked for about 2 mins then reverted to vanilla position, works for PC but not NPC. LOOT, ts5 edit, and fore 7.0 no errors. the only thing, maybe a mod conflict, or loose scripts from previous DSR patching.
