NPCs stuck in T-poses, not moving.

I reinstalled all my mods yesterday and took out a few minor ones. After running GenerateFNISForUsers.exe, sorting the load order with LOOT and generating a Bashed Patch, all of my NPCs are stuck in T-poses and don't move anywhere, or perform animations when I tell them to. I've reinstalled the latest versions of FNIS and XP32MS/E to no avail. Anyone have a clue?

this means animations are broken,

make sure you have a compatible skeleton for your animations, and make sure all animation are generated without errors in fnis

if this doesn't work I suggest you contact the author of fnis
(before you do that, post your fnis log here and I might be able to help you)

 

 

after looking at your loadorder I see you have PC Exclusive Animation Path
make sure all the right animations are also generated for the other races
(try disabling those esps to make sure it's not a problem caused by that, because this is the most likely thing that fucks up your game)
