Best way to fix alignments in sex scenes?

I have installed Four-Play with the community patch,Violate, Autonomy, Prostitution, Vanilla Fudge and Leito and Crazy's animations .

During many of the sex scenes, the alignment is off for the 2 characters involved( last noticeable one was a standing headlock where the front partner was about a foot in front of the other).

I have a manager installed that has hot keys to attempt to move the figures but at a certain point they either will not move farther in that direction or bounce back away from the partner.

If the hot key option is the only fix, are the newly adjusted movements supposed to adhere to that  animation  after adjusting or do i have to change it every time it runs?
