Where to start?

Hey guys and gals apologies if this is not the correct forum for this post but it seemed the best to me.  I have recently ended up with a lot of free time on my hands and have always loved the mods from this site so I would like to get into modding and help make the mods I would like to see in fallout 4 rather then just asking/waiting for them.  I have some experience with C++ and other coding ( not sure how helpful that will be with modding).  So what I was wondering is if anyone could point me to a good source videos/documents to read that would help me start to understand how to make mods for fallout 4 that way I can hopefully help make the mods we all would love to see.

And then youtube. Also the tutorials for Skyrim are 95% OK with FO4.

Thanks for the move CPU apologies for not putting it in the right place to start with.  I will start looking into that site.
