Contraption items missing from build options

Fresh install, however I have included a bunch of mods for increasing what I can do with settlements.  The game works fine, however I am noticing a few of the categories from the Contraption DLC are missing - the Warehouses and the Scaffolding specifically.  Here is a list of mods I have installed that affect settlement building.  Anything obvious that could be causing my problem?

Nevermind, I solved it myself.

 

It was Snap'n Build - most likely because it is no longer available and was an older version.
