Female idle animation

Hello, long time lurker here... I have an idea I'd like to implement into my FO4. Hopefully some of you kind ladies and gents may be able to help me?

 

My gripe is with the default (and also some mods) female standing idle animation. I used this one for Skyrim for years. I tried others but always came back to this one: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13878/?. The style I liked best was number 2 (the one with the maid costume in the pictures) and I'd like to get that one or something very similar into FO4!

Right now I am using the standing idle from http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22351/? and while it looks allright there are some things I don't like about it.

 

I am not a modder, I have only done some minor replacement of sounds and paintings. If I would give it a shot to create this idle pose for FO4, how would I go about? Yes, I can Google for it but I just wondered if someone already knew and perhaps could help me out?   Will I need a bunch of programs, 3dsMax/Maya/whatever or can it be done via the Creation thingy?

 

Alternatively, if someone else feels the same way and already possess the know-how, could you perhaps be persuaded to help out?
