mod that makes humaniods enemies

I want to know other mods that makes human actors enemies to the player. Just like the wildling and tiefling mod.

 

like how wildling your a enemy to humans until you equip a novice hood then you're safe until you de-equip it.

 

or like how tiefling you have to do a spell that transform you into a human but punish you for keeping it for long periods of time and when you disable the spell you kos-able.

 

I love using those mods but i want to do a custom race that i can re-texture and stuff. Wildling is almost what i want but i cant change the race mesh and texture since it needs a requirement mod for it and it uses ( i think) the vanillia actors for it's mesh.

 

Tiefling is good but can get extremely punshing when you have a mod that bugs it and it instantly kills you. but i can change that race texture and mesh to my heart desire.

 

If theirs any other that does this either as a race or a mmo toggle effect i would love to know. ples.
