Third Person Animation

Is there a mod that changes the third person view so it isn't so... I'm not even sure how to describe it.  There is built in momentum so when you stop, start or turn the camera is just behind the movement and then it snaps into view.  I get what they are trying to do but it's something left better for a cut scene than actual game play.  It's making me sick but I prefer to play mostly in third person so I'm hoping for a fix.  Prefer Skyrim where the camera tracks the player's movements precisely.
