JackGa Monster Addon Spawning too often and Not Leveled Well

So, I've been using the steam version of JackGa's Monster addon, and I love the variety of creatures it adds... But they are not leveled whatsoever. I'll start a new game and one of the monsters - with like 780 health and 50 health damage per blow - will come chase me and five other ones will decide to chase me, too. It's annoying and frustrating. I've deleted a couple of the creatures from the plugin and tried to edit their health offset to make it more fair, but it's still kinda crazy. Lol. Is there a way to at least change the frequency of the spawns so it's less?
