Problems with importing Custom Head Mesh

Greetings Everyone.

 

i write here because i need help with importing che head mesh of Jane Shepard from Mass Effect into Skyrim.

But now i'm stuck because the omega99jp's tutorial requires that import the .obj into nifskope but if i try to export the Head like at the end of the video in .obj nifskope return me an error. And also relly don't know how to import even hair.

Can someone help me ? Thanks.

I'm a really noob with this thing, infact it is my first time i try something like this.
