Cuffs vs. Armbinders

Hey there,

 

I am running the Devious devices mod since a couple of hours ago and I think its some great work but I recently came upon a problem I coudln't find a solution to so I'm hoping some of you can help me:

 

I know how to get out of Armbinders (struggle until you can get loose) but when my character is put in cuffs behind her back, i don't have that option. Im specifically talking about where the characters arms are crossed behind the back with leather cuffs.

 

Can anyone give me some insights so I can get my character to free herself completely? I think its great that with bound arms you can no longer access your inventory or fast travel but having no way out is kinda intense...
