How to apply transform from NIFSkope in-game?

Hi,

I'm trying to convert a non-heeled boot mesh to have NiOveride in NIFSkope, the NiOveride part appears, but the transform I did by lowering the boot doesn't show. What do I have to do to get it work?

Sorry for a bad explanation, grammar ain't my strong point.
