Deviously cursed loot

I'm new to the site so I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules. But I was wondering if there is a way to change the chance rate of you finding a peace of cursed loot in a container. And if so where do I find it.

If you look in the mcm menu, you will find the % chance to find loot in various containers, like dressers and such.

-There are two different drops I am aware of, one thats equips the item on PC (the first page) and another page longer down on the list is for just loot.

-Also activate all "optional mods" you have installed at that page.
