What's the best replacement mod for SBF?

I realized I needed the fair skin texture mod for JH overhauls, so I realized it would conflict with SBF and was wondering if there's any alternative for it that would work with lighter facial skin texture. Is there? I just want to replace the NPCs in the Companions. Thanks!
