HTD Problem on Nude NPCs

Hi there. I am having an issue with HTD physics on nude bodies. The physics on clothing and on nude standalone followers works fine (the standalones have tbbe bodies). It is the vanilla NPCs who's nude bodies don't move in the slightest, even if their clothing does. Clearly the physics installed are working fine, but for some reason it does not affect normal NPCs if they're nude.

 

I have SKSE, XP32 Maximum Extended skeleton, HTD Physics Extension, CBBE body with TBBE and bodyslide, the load order has been looted and FNIS has been run. The install order (not as listed here) was correct. I cannot think what might be preventing such a specific element to not work.

 

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. It is very frustrating. Thanks in advance.
