Looking for a good bodyslide tutorial

Anyone know of a good tutorial out there?  I haven't actually used bodyslide before, and my attempts to fumble around in it have failed.

 

I am just looking for a good tutorial so I can tweak the shape of my character's body to my liking, then match the vanilla (as well as modded CBBE outfits) to it as well.

its for fallout 4 but i dont think bodyslide changed that much

And Fallout 4 is what game I am looking to mod anyways

 

I figured out how to alter a single outfit at a time finally   Now all I need is to find out how to get batch builds to work, get me a couple pre-sets that others have made and I am in business!

Worked like a charm, I think I have this program figured out

 

However, 1 last question...

 

I am guessing 2Pac designed his items with some custom sliders, this I can not use his presets on anything but his own clothes.  Is this correct?
