Help with Mak's Remodeled Armor

I'm trying to make Mak's Remodeled Armor into a replacer (thus eliminating the sillyness of the scheme he has set up where you get the armor bits out of a set of chests he has). Only problem is, he loaded them in as a bunch of .nifs instead of replacing the stock .tris and added a lot more files (otherwise from what I'm aware of I could just rename his files to .tri and be done with it.) But he has a *lot* of misc files and I don't know what I'm doing with this honestly.

 

Edit: Nevermind, apparently that was because the replacer portion was an optional file.
