Shadow bug?

I'm updating game settings to take advantage of a new graphics card. I created a backup save before starting the process, which I load to test settings.

 

I broke something, as you can see from the attached screenshot. It's 7:02am ingame. I reverted to backups of skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini. Unfortunately, I forgot to backup my enblocal/enbseries, and I don't know what setting might cause this. Any ideas?

 

Edit: Aha! The problem was caused by the smaa injector recommended by STEP. I removed that and things look correct again.
