Half of my mods won't work at all (HUDs, UI, anims, etc) - F4SE;

Hello there!

 

After modifying my custom .ini file at the 'My Games' folder, I downloaded NMM and started the modding fun.

 

Since some of those would need the script extender, I've been starting the game through F4SE (ran as adm), but only now I noticed many, if not the majority of my mods simply won't work at all...  

 

Some texture and model mods are working normally, same with mods like True Storms or Darker Nights, but mods like those cosmetic ones for Looks Menu, Pip-boy flashlight, along with Pip-boy interface color changes, HUD & UI sorting and those that add a Companion stat window,or even texture mods that change the vault suit, for example, are simply not working at all.. I just realized that even the animation ones aren't doing anything.. It seems to be so random.

 

All of my mods are being installed through 0.63.9 NMM (could it be because of it?), and my load order (organized through LOOT) is as follows¹... What could be the cause of the problem? It's driving me mad!
