How to get nude creatures outside of animations

So i feel like ive tried everything and searched all over for any sort of guide/help topic related to this, but couldn't find anything. If anyone knows of a way to get creatures to remain nude outside of animations and can tell me the necessary mods/setup to make it happen i would extremely grateful.

Only thing that worked for me was to keep they're arousal level locked at 100 (max)
