CTD's on load/Creation

[Climactic]

Hi there folks, if there's anybody willing to give a look to some problems I'm having and possibly fill me in on a solution I'd so very greatly appreciate the assist! I've played around with most of these mods before in the past, with varying degrees of success -- but I've never managed to get things running... stably, per-se. For the most part every time I've gotten things going, eventually I hit a wall of CTD's and give up trying to figure out."

This time however... I can't get out of the LAL starting room. It usually lets me start a new game and create a character (though sometimes it crashes on loading in), and then once the character is named... we get a crash. Then sometimes playing with the load order or installed mods will let me get passed that bit, but ever skeptical me, I save the game and close it to see if reloading it causes a crash. Lo and behold, it does every time -- once the loading screen finishes up we crash. 

Once I managed to power through that bit, and got to playing with noticeably fewer mods working than I'd installed before eventually we crashed and I gave up on it.

So! Thought I'd post my load order and papyrus and see if maybe there's a simple mistake I'm making, which is totally possible... or if I just happen to be using one or a few mods that just don't get along. I've got many of the popular ones from here, and a few (mostly simple) ones from the nexus that I consider essential to my (not very demanding) skyrim experience.

I use mod organizer and have run the built in LOOT sorter, and I've tried rearranging the load order logically myself. I'm also almost absolutely certain all of my chosen mods meet their requirements, and I have no conflicts cropping up with Bodyslide or FNIS, both seem to be working as intended.

Sorry, not a fix, but I notice that you use many of the same mods that I do, minus Simple Slavery, Cidna, and a few armor sets. I am just curious if you may happen to know where I could take a look at "Devious Deviants", since I haven't heard of it and search gives me no results on it.  

 

With my mod loadout, I can play for a while without crashes, but it will often CTD on loading a saved game, unless I wait a minute or two for the intro music to play a bit, before selecting a file to load. Perhaps just superstition or guesswork, but I rationalize that perhaps the game may still be loading some parts while the title screen shows. Sometimes ENB and Texture packs can also take more time for the game to initially load.

I'll give a try to the waiting method, see if I manage some more stability doing that. As for Devious Deviants, I believe it comes from the Devious Devices Integration mod.

 

EDIT: I altered my load list to look a bit more similar to yours, and tried giving it a while on the title screen to settle itself. No dice, the problem persists, still can't even begin a game.

I just tried adding a few more mods and landed in constant crashes, so I sorted my mod list, not the load order, but the total list of downloaded mods, by installation date and backtracked by unactivating until it worked again. Using the backtracking method, I found it to be a mod that adds interactive Tavern Wench NPCs. I find that most often when I run in to crashes, it is because of mods that add new mesh geometries (clothing, body shapes, weapons, or other items), and sometimes have a list of required dependencies. In some cases the mod author may have overlooked or forgot to mention something needed, that likely so many people already have or use, that it misses getting a bug report. Debugging issues like that can be a serious pain and very time consuming. When I try to hunt down those kind of issues, it usually means uninstalling one mod, then sort load order again, run FNIS again, then check LOOT to see if anything else depended on it, then see if a save game loads. If no improvement, then reload it, re-sort, re-FNIS, re-LOOT... repeat for what seems like an endless amount of time. Like I said, Pain in the ass. but most often, usually a playable game in the end.

I'm giving it a try to start again and cut what I think might be adding those tavern wenches perhaps... Radiant Prostitution I think sticks them in there -- but I have managed to get that mod working in the past, so I couldn't say why it'd be causing me so many problems now.

As for Devious Deviants, I'll attach a screencap of what mousing over it tells me about it.
