If you've recently uninstalled a mod, use Skyrim Save Cleaner and clean out any orphaned Papyrus scripts. Although, normally most animation mods don't use scripts. If this doesn't work, then you can probably reset your animations folder. Located in Skyrim directory/Data/Meshes/Actors/Animation... I think this where it's located, I'm not sure. Lol, I'm not at my computer right now, it's Thanksgiving! Obviously you can check the files of that animation mod you've just uninstalled by opening it with 7zip and checking its file format and then verify with your Skyrim installation folder that all files from this mod are completely gone.

Finally, you could always re-run FNIS if you were using it.
