Hentai creatures- can't move after sex and weird propulsion glitch

After training my wolf I seem to get tossed and lay down sobbing forever even after getting rid of the wolf by getting lucky and banishing it and also by disabling it another time.  When the training timer was set to 60, he instead decided to fling me into the air as though I had been smashed by 10 giants at the same time, fast enough to cause skyrim to go into loading screen.

Cant seem to replicate the skyrim space program glitch so whatever, not gonna have the timer set so low anyway.

So far I can see some options.

 

Did you ran FNIS?

 

Install the creature framework directly from it's page.

 

Try jumping - it should reset the trauma state. If it doesn't, try checking all of the mods for newer versions.

 

You can also do console command "enablepayercontrols".

Jumping works sometimes, but not enough to be a fix.  I installed all that and ran FNIS correctly.  Enableplayercontrols had not effect

It seems that disabling "post training effects" disabled the trauma state so that works for me.
