Hand seam on lower weight females 7BO

When wearing vanilla outfits, females with less than 1 body weight have a visible hand seam.

 

So apparently, this is because SevenBase Bombshell and it's derivatives actually have totally different hand meshes than other SevenBase variants or UNP or anything else.

 

Does anyone know of a way to fix these hands seams without getting rid of 7BO?
