Console code to increase skill level of followers

So I am trying to get my followers to not have any caps.   I tried to create a bat file to accomplish this using the following code as an example

 

prid 00091918; uthgerd

setlevel 1000,0,1,81

 

prid 0001A697; Aela

setlevel 1000,0,1,81

 

prid 0001A6D8; Ria

setlevel 1000,0,1,81

 

prid 0001A6DA; Njada

setlevel 1000,0,1,81

 

prid 0004B22E;Illia

setlevel 1000,0,1,81

 

The problem is that if I batch it the code does not seem to work but if I manually type it into the console it does.    Is there something I am doing wrong?  Also, would there be other console codes I could use to make my followers even more powerful (using setav....., etc).     I play skyrim using mods that make the game difficult, so anything to make my followers tougher is greatly appreciated.
