Crash 30 seconds after startup

I've run LOOT, all my SkyProc Patchers, FNIS and everything else I can think of upon starting a new game but it crashes around 30 seconds into a new game. I'm using MO this time rather than NMM like I used to. Any help would be appreciated.

Just from that list i can see a lot of soft conflicts but nothing jumps out as "crash yo shit" bad.

I might be wrong, but doesnt PerMa require some other crafting mods to work?

Could the lack of those be a problem?

 

You really should update some of your mods though, if the shop option from SOS is any indication of how old your files are.

You might also look into combining several of your files to save on esp.

 

That papyrus log is long lol, would take a better/more patient mind than what i can muster to scan it.

Only thing i can think of is to load up tes5edit and see if it says there is a problem.

While you are there see about making a merge patch to fix some of those soft conflicts you got.
