Mods to use. (computer upgrade)

So bout 3 months ago my motherboard broke and I've had to wait until i got a job and paycheck to get new ones.

I've upgraded to the following (graphics cards included for information)

 

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) 

 

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P (rev. 2.0) AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

 

16GB (or 20) RAM

 

XFX Radeon R9 290X 1000MHz 4GB DDR5 512 bit DP HDMI 2XDVI Graphics Card

 

SSD (for faster file reading

 

E207wfpc Dell monitor (60fps probably gonna upgrade this next since all else is upgraded)

 

Here is where id post my load order if i had access to it(apparently I've never had an issue big enough to warrant posting it on the forum before). so for i'm mainly thinking of trying a whole new experience of skyrim mods.So its like a Blank slate. If anyone has ideas/suggestions/guides on how to maximize my skyrim experience i would love to know. (please excluded Sexlab mods i can figure that one out    )
