I've attached my load order in spoiler tags. I've also attached my most recent papyrus log following a crash. I'm also using A memory patch, but I'm struggling with crashes still. I've tried to reduce my mods and scripts, but could use suggestions. Are any of my mods actually incompatible? I keep crashing often after traveling via carriage or just randomly in the wild.

Run Save cleaner v. 2.06 beta-52363-2-06 and click on all options. dont worry it makes a backup of your save. then start skyrim and open the edited save file and that should clean up any issues ^^

Are you trying this on a new save? Because alot of crashes can be due to removing mods or updating mid playthrough, before you do anything i would suggest starting a new game to do performance testing this is something alot of modders neglect and when they get a couple hours in their game they realize there are issues try to find those issues before you go on your big adventure

Do you have windows 10 do you use an enb?

 

If you have windows 10 and an ENB

 

1.) Download VRamSizeTest 

 

2.) Run the tool VRamSizeDX9 (If you're running windows 10 this will only get too 4069)

 

Find your Enblocal.ini and make sure these are set too these values if the above is true

Configuring Crash fixes by meh321

This fix replace completely SSME and SKSE Memory patch, and improve drastically how skyrim manage memory.
Thank you is not enough for this amazing tweaks, please don't forget to endorse this mod.
 

1. First extract SKSE Plugin Preloader, copy d3dx9_42.dll in your skyrim folder (where you found TESV.exe).
2. Then Install Crash fixes by meh321 as usual SKSE plugin
3. Check if you have a file named named "CrashFixPlugin_preload.txt" in Data\SKSE\Plugings (beside CrashFixPlugin.ini and CrashFixPlugin.dll), if not, create it.
4. Open CrashFixPlugin.ini, and set UseOSAllocators to 1
5. That's all

Notice: 
UseOSAllocators=1 and crashing when touching sliders in character creation or otherwise :

Set AlignHeapAllocate=1 in CrashFixPlugin.ini, downside is increased load time and increased memory usage. (Setting that I suggest by default)
NetImmerse Override is well known to have problem too, it you use it, replace it by racemenu.

UseOSAllocators=1 and crashing on game startup or loading save or shortly after:

 

 

For more information try this guide  I was having troubles last night followed this guide and now my game runs smoothly.

Also crashes can also be caused by broken saves have you tried performing stability testing with a new save? Alot of people don't do this but the main thing you should do is run your game and push it too its limits find out if its stable before going on your adventure.

 

LASTLY

 

Looking at your log I see alot of errors from sneak tools do you have the patch? SNEAK TOOLS PATCH  Get version 2.01 also known is that the masks apparently cause issues where you will be unable to talk to NPC's just so you know (not exclusive to the patch)
