Death Alternative + Defeat infinite Bleedout

I've been having this issue with DA and Defeat (potentially also SD+, but the option's deactivated and still causes the issue).

 

When downed by an enemy, DA's usual life bar is gone, but neither does Defeat's bar activate, leaving me in a permanent bleedout that I need to then use DA's reset player state to fix.

 

I'm not sure what else could be of use at the moment, so please if you need more information, or specific information, just ask.

 

EDIT: I did notice in Death Alternative, the utility option (which looks more like just a self-check list) of Is Monitor Running is off, would anyone know what this is, and/or how to fix it? ^^;

Sexlabs is installed, I've tried disabling-re enabling the options for Defeat (Defeat's normal means of activating are disabled, and should only launch through DA... still finding issues.) I tried registering the events, but what do you mean by install exactly?

 

Edit: I think my save's broken, actually. Several of the 'checklist' options are unchecked, so the thing's probably broken itself during my updating it. Restart # 300-ish here I come...

That sucks at least you know what you're looking for now obviously something is wrong with DA after you updated which I will say what you already know is probably a bad idea to update a framework mod during a playthrough.

Very true, but I believe I had to, due to (I think) installing the Death Alternative Captured files only, thinking they 'were' death alternative (Long story, mainly involving my method of sorting mods.)
